Quick and Easy Preparation when Cooking for a Crowd

CORN-A-LA-WONDERFUL
Contributed by an anonymous good friend
(This is a favorite at our church.  It's an EASY recipe!)

2 -16 oz. bags frozen corn
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar  (Stevia would be a good healthy substitute)

Warm crockpot to medium.  Place all ingredients in crock and let cook for 6-7 hrs.  Sitr occasionally.  Keep crock on low to med.   Can easily be doubled or tripled for even larger groups.

CROCKPOT GREEN BEANS WITH WATER CHESTNUTS
3 cans cut green beans, drained
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) French onion rings crumbled
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 8-oz. cans water chestnuts
3 cans cream of chicken of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp. pepper

In your crockpot, layer in the green beans, onion rings and water chestnuts. Combine the mushroom soup, milk and pepper in a small bowl. Pour soup mixture over top of green beans. Do not stir. Cook on low 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
