CREAMY GARLIC DRESSING
1 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP minced parsley
1 TBSP white vinegar
1 TBSP milk
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Stir together all ingredients. Cover; chill. Makes 1 cup.
For CREAMY ONION DRESSING: Substitute 1 Tbsp. grated onion for garlic.
CREAMY CUCUMBER DRESSING
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup peeled, seeded -- and finely cucumber
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried whole dill weed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Mix together, cover, and chill.
