Breakfast on the Run!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL SHAKE
Put 12 oz. of water and some ice in a blender (skim milk may replace water).
Several scoops of chocolate protein powder
1 cup of uncooked old fashioned oatmeal
1 Tbsp. all natural peanut butter                          
Blend about a minute on high speed.
 
FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Blend in blender:
1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup cold milk
Any combination of fruit such as strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, pineapple, apples, kiwi, or whatever fruit is in season.
 
The natural sugar in the fruit sweetens the smoothie, but if you must have it sweeter, add a little Sweet Leaf Stevia or honey, both found at a health food store.  If more frozen fruit is used, you can make a delicious and wonderful natural ice cream!
