Apple Ginger Salad

Recipe from Cara at Health Home and Happiness - Grain-Free Meal Plans - - Used by permission

1 apple, cored and chopped
1 tablespoon ginger root, grated
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup crispy walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
Combine first five ingredients in a bowl. Blend together the honey and orange juice, then use it as dressing.
